Call for applications for the Performing Arts For the Future workshop during the Zero Point Festival in Prague

The educative program Performing Arts for the Future is a project of 5 workshops for young artists and students from all over Europe. The inspiring idea is to create conditions for meeting of emerging artists with new theater legends. All participants of the workshops have free entry for the festival productions and they form the core of the festival. Participants are actively involved into the festival events and use the opportunity to build contacts for future cooperation.

Project target: 

  • Passing on experience, creation work, and thinking to young artists
  • Maintain the fragile continuity in performing arts through a unique poetics of individual artists
  • Contacts, creating conditions for future cooperation, both at European level
  • Meeting with other artistic genres and different approaches as a prompt for further artistic work
  • The participants of the Master Class  workshops will have an opportunity to present their work last day of the festival.

We offer

  • To spend a summer week as a part of International festival Zero Point 2016 with the legends of performing arts and actively participate in their workshops
  • 6 days workshops program with the professionals teachers - established artists and authorities of performing arts
  • Workshops are intended for students of artistic schools and the young artists
  • The participants have a free entrance for all productions in International Festival The Zero Point2016
  • 1 stipendium - travel cost and workshop fee for a participant who will be chosen by us in the first round of Application
  • Meeting the young generation with authorities of performing arts
  • The participants of the Master Class  workshops will have an opportunity to present their work last day of the festival
  • • we offer our help with accommodation in Prague during workshop's week

fee • €150,- / participation in the workshop week + free admission to all performances – International Zero Point Festival 2016

In the first round you can also submit for the stipendium - free fee and reimbursement of your travel costs

 

Second Round of Applications:

fee •€170,- / participation in the workshop week + free admission to all performances – International Zero Point Festival 2016
