DANCESCREEN
Initiated and organised by the IMZ International Music + Media Centre, dancescreen is one of the world's most important international dance film competitions. As part of an eclectic dance (film) festival, dancescreen honours excellence in dance film productions, promotes emerging talents and connects the international dance film industry.
We invite filmmakers, choreographers, dance and video artists, producers, distributors and broadcasters to submit dance film productions to win the renowned dancescreen award and be showcased around the globe! Here is how to take part in the competiton!
WHEN TO SUBMIT?
Online submission is available from 15 April to 10 June 2019.
WHAT TO SUBMIT?
Films can be submitted in different categories, find your category! Submit a new production! Your film submitted should be produced after March 2016 and therefore should not have been part of a previous dancescreen competition.
HOW MANY FILMS CAN I SUBMIT?
As many as you wish!
HOW MUCH IS THE SUBMISSION FEE?
EUR 55,- per film submitted, no VAT applies.
EUR 35,- per film submitted by a student, no VAT applies.
To submit as a student please send a valid confirmation of enrolment to office(at)imz.at.
PLEASE NOTE!
The submission fee only covers the film submission for the dancescreen competition. However it does not cover the entry for the overall festival programme. Tickets for the festival will be available through our partner's website of TANZRAUSCHEN Festival Wuppertal.
