Pavilion Dance South West (Bournemouth, UK): residencies for dance artists or companies
Pavilion Dance South West is offering four dance artists or companies, three based in the UK and one international, the opportunity to become Discovery Artists with them.
The residency involves up to two weeks at Pavilion Dance with free studio space and a contribution by Pavilion Dance South West to travel and accommodation costs.
The residencies will also have an ‘open studio’ day, where invited guests will be able to watch the artists at work.
From the organisers:
"Being a Discovery Artist with PDSW allows us to get to know each other better. We are curious about you and your work, and this programme will allow us to indulge in creative conversations. You may wish to explore new ideas, or to reconsider your practice. You may wish to polish your work for touring. Whatever your ambition, this is a testing ground. And we will be here to support you."
The deadline for applications is 17 December. More details and info on how to apply here.
