World of Co Multidisciplinary Residency Program (Sofia, Bulgaria)
WORLD OF CO is multidisciplinary artist residency in Sofia, Bulgaria. The program provokes artist’s inspiration and creativity by discovering Bulgarian nature, hybrid culture, and interesting history. We encourage artists to get familiar with traditional craft techniques and local art scene. The residents can explore ideas, experiment different techniques while focusing on a personal creative project or collaborate with other residents.
The Artist has the freedom to organize his time. Focus on a personal creative project as well as collaborate with an artist from different- background. We provide you Media presence, Creative events, Exhibition, Bulgarian language lessons, One workshop of Bulgarian traditional craft, Sim card, Live drawing sessions.
In addition, the artists receive all documentation necessary to apply for funding and the visa processes. If required, the project assists with additional individual reference letters.
The duration of the Residency Program in Sofia is flexible between 1 to 6 months. Minimum 1-month program.
Monthly cost include - Bulgarian Residency Program, sleeping & work studio- € 650 month. For shared room by two artists, the price is- € 500.
