"The idea of creating a network contributes to the development and enrichment of cultures.

Concerning our proposition on the working groups:
1. I propose to create a working group (Executive board) which will consist of 1-2 representatives of each country
2. The projects held within the framework of the network should involve representatives of different countries (no less than 3 countries) including countries of Western Europe that will contribute to the cultural development and promotion in post-socialists countries (including further organization of guest performances).
3.To organize the meetings of Board representatives at least four times a year.
4. The Board will be in charge of:
  • optimization the number of representatives
  • creation an event schedule for a year for any types of projects for all the participating countries
  • helping to organize and carry out all the projects
  • promotion of the participants of the network
  • organization of round-table discussions
  • organization of educational programmes
  • making an analytic review of the development of theater art (once a year)"
