Maria Jasińska - Theater critic, columnist, producer

Short biography: 

Maria Jasińska graduated from Ukraine's National University of theatre, cinema and television of Karpenko-Karywith a degree in theatrology.

She has collaborated with the Les Kurbas National Centre for Performing Arts in Kiev and  the artistic research centre "Misternia Pisni" (Lviv-London). Since 2004, Maria Jasińska has been collaborating with the Center of Contemporary Art "DAKH" in Kiev and the International Festival of Contemporary Art "GOGOLFEST". She has also collaborated with Klim.

In 2010, she participated in the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s "Gaude Poloni" and translated Leszek Kolankiewicz’s book "Holy Artaud" into Russian.

Maria Jasińska has published extensively in various  Ukranian and international magazines, including "Ukrainian Theatre", "Prosceanium", "Profile of Ukraine". In September 2011, she was the curator and producer of the project "Polish Theatre in Kiev" during the International Theatre Festival "Dim Chymer".
