Stage for young Performing Arts / Live Art at the Intersection of Performance – Theatre-Dance

For 14 years, zeitraumexit has been offering a stage for artists to present their work.

“New arrivals” invites artists who are at the beginning of their professional career, or who explore new approaches to their art.

The festival focuses on the experiment, the exploration of the possibilities of art as well as on the intersection between the genres of performance, dance, and theatre. zeitraumexit has a special interest in the exchange between the artists and the critical discourse about the presented works. In a non-public part of the event, moderated discussions will take place between all artists and renowned experts and critics.

The 2015 edition is organised in cooperation with the Station Service for Contemporary Dance in Belgrade and will take place in Mannheim (Germany) and Belgrade (Serbia). zeitraumexit and Station each pay 250€ per performer and covers travel costs and accommodation.

The call is open to all performing artists from the field of performance, theatre, and live art (artists from Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia: please apply at Station Service for Contemporary Dance). The presenter is looking for projects with no more than three protagonists.

The application deadline is 1 March 2015.
