MAPS OF FEAR / MAPS OF IDENTITY. POLISH-UKRAINIAN PERFORMATIVE PROJECT

The Culture Practitioners Association (Stowarzyszenie Praktyków Kultury / Warsaw) together with numerous Ukrainian partner organizations and institutions, and with the support of EEPAP,  have launched the Polish-Ukrainian performative project “Maps of Fear / Maps of Identity”.
The project is realised in four Ukrainian cities and co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland. 

The main activities of the project include:

  • work sessions in Lviv (second half of May 2016) and Kharkiv (June/July 2016): workshops, discussions, lectures, and presentations
  • rehearsal session in Kyiv and Lviv (August/September 2016): common work on Polish-Ukrainian mobile coproduction
  • presentations of the coproduction in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Kherson (October/November 2016)

An Open Call was announced for the workshops for Ukrainian theatre directors, dramaturges and actors to participate in work sessions held in Lviv and Kharkiv.
