We invite you to a discussion about the book "Polish Dance Avant-Garde Artists. Stories and Reconstructions" edited by Joanna Szymajda. The book was created as part of the Choreographic Territories - New Paths for the Avant-Garde project and was published by the Institute of Music and Dance and the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
The publication contains 11 articles by 11 authors, which focus on prominent Polish female choreographers and great stage personalities: Janina Mieczyńska, Irena Prusicka, Tacjanna Wysocka, Bronisława Niżyńska, Marie Rambert, Pola Nireńska and Yanka Rudzka, as well as on the reconstructions of their work and dance archeology.
