Open Call for Artists and Scholars: International Theatre Festival Love Sharing (Cagliari, Italy)

The Love Sharing festival is meant to spread nonviolent culture through theatre and visual arts. The 2018 Call for Artist is open until May 6th, 2018.

“Love Sharing” 2018 will focus on Migration. The Festival is open to all contemporary artists. Special attention will be paid to innovative and interdisciplinary works.All kinds of contemporary artworks and performances are acceptable:

theatre, dancing, contemporary music;
street theatre and circus;
visual arts, video, painting, sculpture and photography.

You can apply with either an artwork or a brief workshop (2/3-hours-long).

All participants will be given a reimbursement of expenses:

up to 150,00 € if they are from Sardinia;
up to 350 € if they are from Europe;
up to 650 € if they are from other Continents.

All participants are guaranteed conventions for the accommodation and inland transfers. Moreover, their names will be in all our promotional material and they will be given the opportunity to enjoy all the works and the activities of our Festival at a special price.
For any extra expenses, we can provide you with the necessary certificates so that you could also ask for reimbursement in your own country.

Please bear in mind that the artworks must be related to the Migration theme, maintaining the nonviolent approach to conflicts as a reference point.

Call for researchers and scholars

If your work (research, study, project, model, practice or campaign) can give an answer to this question, you are invited to present:

short workshops addressing the audience;
results of your studies and projects.
