A cross-sectional presentation, analysis and diagnosis of independent culture and NGOs in Belarus. Experts in the field provide insight into Belarusian independent culture and activities of ngos. The featured authors address three questions: What is it like now?, What do we expect from one another?, How can we achieve this?

"A report on the condition of NGOs and independent culture in Belarus" marks the opening of a series of seven reports exploring the independent cultures and NGOs in the Eastern Partnership countries and Russia. The reports scheduled for the coming years will diagnose the cultural situation (independent and alternative culture) and NGO activities in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia.

"Kultura Enter" is a web-based social and cultural magazine, which aims to a be a place of global exchange of ideas and opinions on culture, arts, civil society, multiculturalism, new media and Eastern Europe. Much space has been allocated to the Eastern section analysis and the description of current developments in Eastern Europe and post-Soviet countries.
