Love Sharing: International Festival about Peace and Non-violence

Organized by Theandric, a drama company taking an innovative and experimental approach to political theatre, “Love Sharing” is the first International Festival dedicated to the culture of peace and non- violence. The fifth edition will be held in October 2019 in Cagliari, Sardinia (Italy). It will focus on families and communities.

The Festival is open to all contemporary artists. Special attention will be paid to innovative and interdisciplinary works.


All kinds of contemporary artworks and performances are acceptable:

  • theatre, dancing, contemporary music;
  • street theatre and circus;
  • visual arts, video, painting, sculpture, photography and illustration.

Plays, performances and workshops

All participants will be paid for their participation to the Festival, after the submission of an invoice. The payment amount will be specifically established on a case-by-case basis.
Other expenses linked to organization (f.e. SIAE, promotion, comunication) will be paid by the Festival.
All participants are guaranteed conventions for the accomodation and inland transfers. Their names will appear in promotional material and they will be given the opportunity to enjoy all the activities of the Festival at a special price.
For any extra expenses, the organisers can provide participants with the necessary certificates so that they could also ask for reimbursement in their own country.

Please bear in mind that the artworks must be related to the theme (Families and communities), maintaining the nonviolent approach to conflicts as a reference point.

All applicants will receive a confirmation email. Due to the huge amount of applications received, the organisers are unable to provide any feedback on unsuccessful applications. Only the selected applicants will receive positive feedback.
