East European Performing Arts Platform (EEPAP) supports the
development of contemporary performing arts (dance and theatre)
in 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
4th "Meeting of National Theatres" International Festival (Warsaw, Poland)
Between October and December 2015, key national theatres of Europe will showcase their best productions at the National Theatre in Warsaw.
Polish plays will comprise a half of the Festival's programming.
Stockholm's Dramaten open the Festival with Ibsen's Rosmerholm. Burgtheater will follow with their Chekhov's Platonov. In December, the focus will shift to international stagings of Polish repertoire, with Centre Dramatique National Théâtre de Lorient, La Colline – théâtre and Lietuvos Nacionalinis Dramos Teatras.
The key event in November will be the Symposium of National Theatres, open to the general public for the first time.
