East European Performing Arts Platform (EEPAP) supports the
development of contemporary performing arts (dance and theatre)
in 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Call for Dance Researchers: NRW Kultursekretariat residencies
The NRW KULTURsekretariat offers a total of four residences lasting several weeks for topic-related, production-independent research in the period January to December 2020.
Three scholarships are aimed at dance artists from outside of Germany for a research stay in one of the 21 member cities of the NRWKS. The focus is on cultural, political, social or scientific aspects. NRW as a state of cities offers numerous and varied opportunities for this.
Two more scholarships will be granted to dance artists with their main focus of life and work in one of the NRWKS member cities (in Germany), in order to carry out research in specific locations or on specific occasions abroad.
The organisers offer up to 6,000 euros depending on the type and scope of the research, as well as personal support, moderation and mediation with institutions and experts.
Submissions including a description of the research project, references and CV will only be accepted digitally using the appropriate application form.
The closing date for application is 6 October 2020.
