Call for Submissions for the Solo and Choreography Contests at 22MASDANZA Festival

The registration period for the 22nd International Contemporary Dance Festival of the Canary Islands MASDANZA is open from February 01 to June 30, 2017 for the Solo and Choreography Contests.
The Solo Contest and the Choreography Contest will take place within the 22MASDANZA Festival, which will be held from 14 to 21 October, 2017 in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.
PRIZES
Prize of the Solo Contest: 2.000 EUROS
Audience Prize: 1.000 EUROS
Prize for the most outstanding dancer : 1.000 EUROS
Prize of the Choreography Contest: 3.000 Euros
Audience Prize: 1.000 Euros
Prize for the most outstanding performer : 1.000 Euros
Participation is open to creators of any nationality. They will be able to participate with original pieces or pieces created and premiered from 1st January 2015.
The Organization will cover the participants’ accommodation costs and will help with a travel grant for each selected piece in accordance with the country of origin.
