East European Performing Arts Platform (EEPAP) supports the
development of contemporary performing arts (dance and theatre)
in 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Dance Schools, Groups & Colleges: Submissions open for Barcelona Dance Award
Submissions are now open for the Barcelona Dance Award.
The competition will be held between 29 March and 2 April 2018.
The organisers are inviting directors, choreographers, dancers, performing arts educators, teachers, arts managers and dance theatre lovers to take part in what they describe as the World Championship for Dance Schools, Companies and Groups from all over the world.
4 days of Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Hip Hop; DanceTeam Showcases and International performances and competitions are planned, as well as free dance/ballet workshop class by international teachers.
The venues hosting the contest have spacious dressing rooms with mirrors, with dancebars, practice rooms and
warming up spaces before the performances and classes.
On the acting area there will be professional light and audio systems, support technicians and qualified personnel, curtains, ballet, cyclorama backdrops and large spaces for the performances.
