East European Performing Arts Platform (EEPAP) supports the
development of contemporary performing arts (dance and theatre)
in 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
PERFORM NOW! Festival: Call for Projects (Winterthur, Switzerland). Deadline: 20 March
PERFORM NOW! takes place every two years in Winterthur (Schweiz) and showcases current trends in performance art. PERFORM NOW is a unique platform for contemporary forms of expression of art, dance, music and theater. The Festival presents works from all areas of the Arts (transdisciplinary).
Connected to the Festival is the platform for newcomers, TRANS: FORMATOR. The TRANS: FORMATOR is addressed to emerging performers who either they just completed or are soon going to complete their training or who have been working in the field of performance-art for several years.
The Festival is looking for projects for the upcoming perform now! #4 . The work must be suitable to show in a room that has no classic stage or is a white cube.
Performances can be visual, acoustic, moving, installative, participatory et cetera. Conceived as live actions, the performances should also encourage and persuade the audience by to think and to act.
The works by artists living in the EU are preferred.
