IV Baku International Theatre Conference

 

The Fourth International Theatre Conference will be held on 7-8 November 2016 in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan.

 

The conference is organised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan as part of the State Program "On the development of theatre art in 2009-2019". The main objective is to provide a platform for leading theorists and scholars, directors and producers from all over the world to discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by the modern theatre.

 

Registration is open for the conference. Proposals for 10-minute presentations can be submitted but visitors can also register without a presentation. An international expert workshop and training sessions will be held on 6 and 9 November.

 - Photo (jpeg, the size of not less than 1 MB.)

 

- The text (no more than 1000 words) or abstract of your submission.

 

The working languages are English, Russian and Azerbaijani.

All presentations will be published in three languages in the volume of conference proceedings. Deadline: June 1, 2016.

 

Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Culture and Tourism provides all participants with accommodation and meals, as well as intra-urban transport in the period 6-8 November (three nights).
