Western Balkans Fund (WBF) is pleased to announce the First Call for regional Project Proposals. Following the WBF objectives and scope of work, the call aims to promote cooperation and strengthening the relations between Contracting Parties by sharing common values between citizens, civil society and non-profit organizations in the region, and improving the people-to-people contacts.

Western Balkans Fund is a regional entity established by the Western Balkans (WB6) Contracting Parties (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) with the purpose of promoting cooperation, strengthening relations and good neighborly relations between its members. 

Civil Society and other non-profit organizations are eligible and encouraged to apply.

The call is for projects in the following thematic areas:

  1. Cultural Cooperation
  2. Education and Scientific Exchanges
  3. Sustainable Development

Note: Please note that promoting cross-border cooperation, gender equality and youth are the cross-cutting issues covering all actions under WBF key areas of activities.
