Participants are led through a series of structured exercises incorporating elements of yoga, release, Limon and Flying Low technique that gradually and steadily prepare them for complex patterns and challenging choreographic sequences. Particular attention is placed on the intrinsic relation between movement and breath, energy pathways, core-strength, spinal range of motion, endurance and stamina, the connection between eccentric movements and central axis. By integrating simple yoga and breathing exercises, proprioception (body/mind awareness) and efficient use of the energy flow are also emphasized. Expect plenty of rippling, swinging, scooping, spiraling, twisting, rolling, breathing and sweating through series of organic, fluid, high paced, upside down and in-out of the floor sequences
