Tr.IPP EVENT is an alternative platform for performance and presentation of performative acts and pieces at various stages of their development. This is a monthly event which involves exposure and exchange of concepts and contents developed within the continuous artistic practice of Tr.IPP (Transit International Professional Pathway) and/or by its participating cohort as well as performative acts by the interstate and international guest artists who work with Tr.IPP throughout the year.

Each Tr.IPP EVENT  will showcase snippets from works in progress and/or demonstration of research tasks and investigation that the cohort of Tr.IPP will be exploring at that specific point in time.

Occasionally, Tr.IPP might present cohesive content in a more performance ready state.

The spectrum of the presentations at Tr.IPP EVENTS will stretch between the very first attempt of the artists to experiment with a particular concept and/or form, to a fully made and well planned presentation of content that has been processed over time.

At Tr.IPP EVENT the public might experience interactive and corresponding exercises where the performers and the public will collaborate on the generation and development of the ideas at stake.

Moreover, Tr.IPP EVENTS will include an element of invitation and hosting. Tr.IPP will publish OPEN CALLS for artists of diverse artforms to join the event and share their practice with the public at a Tr.IPP EVENTS.

The OPEN CALLS will be suitable for artist of all performative art forms such as dance, music, theatre, spoken word, storytelling, drag, circus, burlesque etc.

The OPEN CALL will be published per term and the applicants will be able to mark which Tr.IPP EVENT they will be most interested in participating in. Only one performative act will be selected for each Tr.IPP EVENT through the OPEN CALL process. However, Tr.IPP will keep a database of all the applicants and will inform them of any future opportunities and potential collaborations.

Every Tr.IPP EVENT is an informal opportunity for artists and audience to mingle and share a drink as the bar will be open after the performance to facilitate a casual yet significance exchange of impressions and reflections on the content and concept of that specific Tr.IPP EVENT and arts and life in general.

All income from Tr.IPP EVENTS will be invested in the activities of the Tr.IPP cohort and their artistic practices.
